Makes 1 (6-Ounce/180ML) Cocktail

While I love cocktails, I’m no mixologist and usually go for simple combinations, preferably with bubbly. And if the drink is gorgeous to look at while you sip, like this one, that’s even better.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces (60ml) RHUBARB-PLUM SYRUP
  • 1 tablespoon ST. GERMAIN LIQUEUR
  • 4 ounces (125ml) chilled PROSECCO or CAVA

Preparation:

  1. Pour the rhubarb syrup into a Champagne flute. Add the St. Germain and slowly pour in the Prosecco or Cava. Toast to a lovely occasion!
