1 package Jennie-O lean taco seasoned ground turkey
1 (12.5-ounce) bag tortilla chips
11/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
½ cup sliced black olives
½ cup cilantro leaves
½ avocado, pitted and diced
¼ cup crème fraiche or sour cream
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Spray a large saute pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add turkey and brown for 8-10 minutes, until cooked through; set aside.
- Arrange chips evenly on baking sheet. Top with cheese and olives. Distribute cooked turkey meat evenly. Bake for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges of chips are golden.
- Top with cilantro and avocado. Drizzle with crème fraiche or sour cream and serve with salsa. Enjoy!
